Vitamin as supplement

A close friend of mine ask me whether do we need to take vitamin daily. If we have the proper diet, according to the food pyramid, there is no need for us to take vitamin. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. That will be more than enough for your daily requirement of nutrients.

However, some people believe that taking vitamin will keep them healthy. That is true, but the vitamin that you take may be too high. So, do check with the sales representative or even the pharmacist for a good recommendation.

Most importantly, I would like to stress that having enough exercise is very very important to keep your body in healthy condition.
